Manual stacker is a wheeled handling vehicle used for loading, unloading, stacking, and short distance transportation of palletized goods. It is classified as an industrial vehicle by the International Organization for Standardization.
It is powered by a manual hydraulic system and is manually driven to lift and move goods, with a simple structure and flexible operation.
The core structure of this equipment usually adopts a heavy-duty “C” steel column gantry and high-precision grinding oil cylinder, equipped with a foot operated pressure relief system and adjustable forks (with a width range of generally 132mm-690mm), and achieves smooth lifting and lowering of goods through hydraulic transmission.
Products often use spray coating technology to enhance durability, and have the characteristics of small turning radius and no pollution. They are suitable for factories, warehouses, stations, docks and other scenarios, especially for fire and explosion prevention places such as oil depots, chemical warehouses, etc.
