Jib Crane / Mounted Portable Arm Crane

Jib crane, also known as arm crane or jib crane, is a small and medium-sized boom type lifting equipment, belonging to the category of lightweight lifting machinery and not included in the scope of special equipment supervision. It mainly consists of a column, a rotary arm, a rotary drive device, and an electric hoist (often a chain electric hoist). It is fixed to the ground or wall through the column, and the rotary arm can rotate around the column. The electric hoist runs along the rotary arm to achieve three-dimensional material transportation. ‌
Cantilever cranes have the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, flexible operation, and small footprint, and are suitable for short distance, high-frequency intensive lifting operations in factory and mining workshops, warehouses, production lines, and other scenarios. The rotating arm is usually made of hollow steel structure, with light weight and large span, covering a lifting capacity of 125kg to 5000kg, and a light working intensity. The device supports manual or electric rotation, and some models are equipped with wireless remote control operation. The walking mechanism uses engineering plastic wheels to reduce friction and ensure smooth operation. ‌
