Electric stacker is an industrial handling vehicle powered by batteries and electric motors, mainly used for pallet loading, unloading, stacking, and short distance transportation operations in warehouses, workshops, and other places. Its core structure includes components such as batteries, motors, hydraulic pumps, forks, etc., which can be classified into fully electric, semi electric, and forward moving types according to their functions, with a rated load of over 1.5 tons. ‌

Function: Elevate heavy objects to a specified height, support horizontal handling, stacking/picking up, loading/unloading, and other operations. ‌

Structure: Includes batteries, motors, hydraulic pumps, oil cylinders, forks, chains, etc. Some models are equipped with reinforced designs such as three-level gantry frames and multi piece chains. ‌
common types
Tray type stacker: suitable for single-sided pallets, with a lower price. ‌
Wide leg stacker: with an inner width of 550-1500mm, capable of loading and unloading double-sided pallets. ‌
Balance weight stacker: Rear counterweight, with a wide range of applications but high requirements for channels. ‌
Forward moving stacker: Forks can move forward and backward, reducing the length of the vehicle body
