In daily life, we often see fixed and wall crane and gantry crane, as well as small cranes that can be used without installing counterweights. Another type of crane that is widely used in factories is our wall crane, which uses a chain electric hoist or wire rope electric hoist for lifting. Let’s take a look at this wall crane together.
Wall hanging installation method
Like other cranes, this crane is used to lift heavy objects. It only has one boom and no base, so there is no need to damage the ground. It can be installed on the ground with screws and is safe on the wall. There are two installation scenarios.
1: To install on a separate column, a 5mm thick plate needs to be installed on the back of the wall hanger. Insert the 4 long screws provided in the product between the wall hanger and the steel plate, fix the wall hanger, and tighten the back of the steel plate with screws.
2: Installed inside the wall, without the need for steel plates, long screws can be directly screwed into the wall to achieve balance by utilizing the load-bearing capacity of the wall.
