Traction hoist is a manual or electric lifting tool powered by manpower or electricity, mainly used for lifting, pulling, lowering, and calibrating heavy objects.
The core principle is to convert human or electrical energy into linear traction force through lever action or electric motor drive, achieving the movement or positioning of the load.
Classification and structural characteristics
Traction hoists are mainly divided into two categories: manual hoists and electric hoists.
Hand cranked hoist: relying on manual operation of the handle, it has a compact structure, light weight, and is easy to carry. It adopts elastic clutch technology, which can lift heavy objects at any height, with low manual force and low wear on the steel wire rope.
According to different transmission media, hand-operated hoists are divided into wire rope hand-operated hoists and loop chain hand-operated hoists. The former is suitable for outdoor environments without power sources and has a wide range of lifting capacity; The latter is mainly driven by gears, suitable for narrow spaces or outdoor operations.
