A spring balancer (also known as a balance crane or elastic crane) is an industrial auxiliary equipment that uses coil springs to store energy and achieve a “weightless state” for hanging tools. It can significantly reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve production efficiency.
1: The core principle is to balance the changes in spring torque through a conical drum structure, which can work without the need for electricity or pneumatic power
main purpose
Suitable for fixed workstations such as automotive mold welding, assembly line assembly, etc. that require long-term operation of bulky tools, and can suspend manual/pneumatic tools and fixtures
Key Features
Worm adjustment: By rotating the worm to accurately match the weight of the tool, balance can be achieved at any position within the stroke
Manual locking: equipped with overload safety device, automatically locks to prevent falling when the spring breaks or is overloaded
Half package structure: The new design uses exposed steel wire rope for easy observation and dynamic prevention of rope jamming
Precautions for use
Selection matching: Select the corresponding specifications based on the weight of the tool (usually within the range of 1-120kg), and overloading is strictly prohibited
Safety rope connection: A safety rope must be installed when hanging
Empty load protection: It is forbidden to pull or release tools without hanging them, in order to prevent the steel wire rope from being misplaced or suddenly retracted and injuring people
